His scholarly study covering “what IS evil” defines preciously what the people who use secret microwave weapons and nanotechnology and covert drugging with LSD and other drugs and targeting and gangstalking and remote neural monitoring and no touch torture and other coercive technologies to destroy human beings, torment innocents, create ‘insanity’ among the population, cause civil unrest, create a large population of people requiring health care under OBAMA CARE to force laws to euthanize or institutionalize people that are mentally ill under the false claim of ‘not enough resources” are considered by those they victimize, torture and murder.

why anyone would depopulate, destroy nature to force reliance on synthetic genetics and biology, continue to enslave and poison mankind, create wars and suffering, fraudulently and with malice aforethought, create situations that would force though laws people would otherwise have never agreed to?
