I found it worthwhile reading to get a basic view of SCALAR or ZERO POINT or ORGONE ENERGY.

Why is this ‘required reading’ for today’s TARGETED INDIVIDUAL?

Because In my humble opinion, SCALAR ENERGY is being created through H.A.A.R.P. systems, GWEN towers, SATELLITE or SPACE BASED WEAPONS, as well as mobile weapons systems, monitoring, tracking and surveillance systems.

After some research, and calling upon my experience as a science minded human, work with two-way radio communications systems, computers and networking systems, Lasers and photon/light technologies, magnetics, electromagnetics, chemistry, audio engineering, and musical practice, I have come to the conclusion that SCALAR energy may be the only type of energy that has the requisite properties needed for distance mind control, thought reading, synthetic telepathy, remote neural monitoring, and other diabolical new world order technology and weapons that are being developed and deployed globally to torture, enslave, cause mental instability and illness, subliminally and hypnotically program humanity, depopulate or murder the populations covertly.

What properties would be required of an energy to be used to create a functioning technology capable of mind control/thought reading and/or monitoring the ‘hearing’, ‘vision’, ‘speech’, ‘biometric data streams’, ‘sub-vocalized speech’, and ‘thought-streams’ from a single target at a distance?

• it would have to be non-detectable with basic equipment
• it would have to be a highly dynamic and reactive carrier of information
• it would have to carry information with no loss over great distances
• it would have be ‘superluminal‘ or ‘travel at faster than the speed of light‘ (which SCALAR ENERGY DOES!)
• it would have to be able to both send energy information to the target and receive energy information from the target at the same time
• it would have the ability to change itself based on the dynamic changes in the target being caused by the energy from the source.
• It would have to create interference patterns when combined with itself, or when combined with duplicate wave forms sent from multiple point sources. (The “Don’t cross the streams” line from “back to the future” was, IMHO, referring to scalar energy beams.)

The concept of scalar energy was first described by James Clerk Maxwell (13 June 1831 – 5 November 1879) in 1873.

His final effort was published in three papers grouped together in his book “Treatise on Electricity and Magnetism” published by Clarendon Press, Oxford, in 1873.

It consisted of four parts, Electrostatics, Electrokinetics, Magnetism, and Electromagnetism that were to be read concurrently.

The key to Maxwell’s equation in reference to scalar energy is the use of the Rho symbol in the last of the 4 equations, which stands for Scalar Charge Density, and thus representing that the existence of scalar energy was theoretically possible.

It was almost half-century later before Nicola Tesla was actually able to demonstrate the existence of scalar energy.

The term scalar was used by Nikola Tesla as a part of powerful non-Hertzian energy (i.e., without frequency) that he referred to as standing energy or cosmic waves or Radiant Energy.

 Wilhelm Reich and others used the term “Orgone Energy” and “Tachyon Energy“.

In more modern times Harold Puthoff (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harold_E._Puthoff ) refers to it as “Zero Point Energy“.

The properties of scalar energies:

SCALAR ENERGY IS:

• (1.) non- linear and
• (2.) non-Hertzian.
• (3.) static and it is not measurable by contemporary frequency instrumentation.
• (4.) Scalar energy does not radiate like waves as most traditional energy forms do. Instead it expands outwards in radiating circles of energy that fill the environment. 
• (5.) It is unbounded and capable of passing through solid matter with no loss of intensity.
• (6.) Scalar energy has the capacity to carry information at a distance without decay.
• (7.) Scalar energy can regenerate and repair itself indefinitely.
• (8.) It implants its signature onto solid objects.

This property is particularly useful to those engaged in the healing modalities of Informational Medicine.

Remember, modern day instruments that are designed to measure Hertzian frequencies and wavelengths  cannot measure scalar energy.

(AUTHORS NOTE: there are inventions that claim the ability to measure scalar energy. This technology has been HIDDEN from mainstream science and physics for many years. it is still not being taught in school.)

Scalar energy can be generated in a number of ways:

• Electronically
• Magnetically
• Physically
• Biologically
• or Optically.

Scalar energy is created when any 2 common electromagnetic waves (usually called the wave and its anti-wave) with the exact same properties come together from two opposite (exactly 180^o out of phase in terms of time) converging vectors.

When the wave vectors meet, the equal frequencies cancel each other out electrically & magnetically leaving behind a static or stationary form of energy with zero frequency .

This is the Scalar Field or Zero Point Energy field.

SCALAR energy is produced in nature and is the energy that helps control our weather on the planet earth.

Scalar energy is found in the magnetic field oscillations produced by the earth, called the Schumann resonance. The Schumann resonance is thought to be created by the magnetic field of the earth and is related mathematically to our planets size, density, rotation, and other factors.

Schumann resonances occur because the space between the surface of the Earth and the conductive ionosphere acts as a closed waveguide.

The dimensions of the Earth cause this waveguide to act as a resonant cavity for electromagnetic waves in the Extremely Low Frequency band.

This cavity is naturally excited by electric currents in lightning (AUTHORS NOTE: also excited by energy from H.A.A.R.P., E.I.S.C.A.T., Ionic sounding for radio propagation mapping, solar flares, cosmic radiation, and, possibly even by human/other consciousness!)

Schumann resonances are the principal background in the electromagnetic spectrum^[1]

Beginning at 7.83 Hertz and extend to 60 Hertz,^[2] the Schumann resonance  appears as distinct peaks in the extremely low frequencies (ELF) range.

• Fundamental frequency at 7.83 hertz,^[3]
• 1st upper harmonic partial frequency at 14.3 hertz
• 2nd upper harmonic partial frequency at 20.8 hertz
• 3rd upper harmonic partial frequency at 27.3 hertz
• 4th upper harmonic partial frequency at 33.8 Hertz.^[4][5]
• 8th upper harmonic partial frequency at approximately 60 Hertz

In the normal mode descriptions of Schumann resonances, the fundamental mode is a standing wave in the Earth–ionosphere cavity with a wavelength equal to the circumference of the Earth.

This lowest-frequency and highest-intensity mode of the Schumann resonance occurs at a frequency of approximately 7.83 Hertz, but this frequency can vary slightly from a variety of factors, such as solar-induced perturbations to the ionosphere, which comprises the upper wall of the closed cavity.

The higher resonance modes are spaced at approximately 6.5 Hz intervals,  a characteristic attributed to the atmosphere’s spherical geometry.

The peaks exhibit a spectral width of approximately 20% on account of the damping of the respective modes in the dissipative cavity.

 Personally, I have not been able to verify the truth of the following information, but:

I have read that astronauts going to space on the first few rocket flights had trouble remembering who they were and how to control the rocket as they got further away from the earth. It was theorized that this memory and function  loss was because they were out of effect of the Shumman resonance field.

I read that this problem was solved by exposing the astronauts to an artificially produced shuman resonance, created via electronics technology, and that that allowed them to continue their missions without those problems.

Scientists claim that the Schumann resonance is increasing in frequency, but they claim not to understand why.
