Wait, I have to take medicine because the secret government Nazi psychopathic terrorist capturing new world order steal away the rights that were hard won in the constitutional and bill of rights owned by the bankers enslaved and lied too, torture me (still is torturing me) in secret with new top secret technology, and I am attempting to stay sane by following what we have been taught is the correct thing to do : go to a professional.

You see, when I was a boy in camp, I shot a rifle for the first time.
I was about 8-9 years old.

Yup, I was good at shooting at targets and i loved it as well!
My uncle PETER ZALESKI, whose own son, David, had died in a tragic car crash around high school graduation, had heard from my family how well I had done shooting at camp.
It just so happened that he had an old 22 bolt action rifle that used to be his son Davids.
He told my parents that he wanted me to have it because he recognized what valuable skills shooting and gun safety are.
He felt that it would help me to become more mature and responsible and would be a good experience for a growing boy and would help me to become a good man.
(My Uncle Peter was a GREAT MAN and miss him a great deal! I frequently find my self wishing I had been old enough to more fully understand and utilize him as a friend and resource! I pray that he is safe and happy , and reunited with is wife, Sophie, in Gods paradise and home, Heaven!)
Well, my parents, having spent years allowing me to play with toy guns, now decided that it WOULD NOT BE A GOOD IDEA FOR ME TO HAVE THAT 22 RIFLE.
WOW! I must say, I was floored. Broken. Heart broken! Disappointing.
First, I did not understand! I didn’t understand why my parents had suddenly flipped and took away all my toy guns and didn’t want me to play with guns anymore. certainly they didn’t want me to have a REAL gun around, even if I had SAFETY certificates and a burning desire to be great at something I was naturally god at!
You know, my family never fully explained the decision.
That unexpected 180 reversal on what I was ALLOWED to do, own, pursue, and lie.
Too this day I am not really sure why except for “we didn’t think it would be a good idea.” or ” because we were your parents and it was our job to set limits in your life” or some such parent line kids hear when there parents don’t want to tell them the real truth!
Looking back at it now, with the perspective I have that my entire life, in some way or another, was being manipulated, not so much in the moment by moment way as most targeted individuals feel with the mind control system the secret government cult is running and the gang stalking no touch torture stuff, But more in a KEY moment, KEY factor type of way, and I discovered a few things about myself that I may not have understood.
In trauma based mind control and personality programming, it is one of the goals is to set the targets ‘self-image‘ and ‘self esteem‘ to a particular direction and perspective and attitude.
In my case, where it feels they had some over arching desire to NOT see me succeed in any way, I was traumatized at KEY points along my development in an effort to produce the human you see before you.
In early childhood development and childhood development, there are KEY points along the timeline of growth were certain important concepts, skills, and personality types are formed.
In the same way that a baby has to be a certain age before they are developed and strong enough before they can sit up or before they can walk, some of these new skills and understandings correspond to brain development. There are things that an infant can NOT understand until a certain age because of brain growth. Programmers seek to exploit this fact.
It is one goal of mind control programming to utilize these key points of brain development, understanding, and times when behaviors begin to develop or become set in an effort to ‘short circuit’ many normal development states and replace them with altered ‘abnormal’ behaviors or ideas that can then be exploited by the programmers as they go to higher levels of programming with the target.
Allowing and encouraging something that a child likes and enjoys, and then suddenly taking it away and no longer allowing it and disparaging and discouraging the behavior and desire serves to confuse a child as well as anger them.
If you learn that you can not expect rational behavior from adults (primary care givers) than you have no way of knowing what the healthy behavior is and you you can end up”;modeling” (copying) that unhealthy and pathological behavior,and not understanding why or even realizing it is happening.
If this is done enough it can cause a child to be withdrawn, afraid, and compliant.
What can develop is a child who will not complain nor ask for anything for fear of the response they will get since they can not tell what it will be.
Anyway, let it be known that, looking back on it now from the perspective I have now at age 46, I think perhaps my entire life might have turned out somehow different had my parents simply allowed my to do what I loved!
It is kind of weird to have to admit that my adoptive mother consistently invalidated me. (she still does to this day!)
My wife saw this demonstrated recently when my mother bet against me to loose a bet that I could fix her broken laptop (that the watchers had screw up to cause a fight between us).
My mother said “he wont fix it. I bet you any amount of money!”
My wife, knowing that I could fix computers with my hands behind my back (exaggeration), took her up on the bet and told her “how about $100.00 dollars?”
My mother took the bet, saying “fine!”
I fixed the laptop in about 5 min. (reset the router downstairs the watchers had remote accessed)
Needless to say, my mother said, loud for all to hear, “I don’t have to pay that!” and left the room.
Wow! My wife could not believe it.
After dragging us all the way to mass from NYC for my fathers 80th birthday (god bless him!) (it was my wife’s birthday the same day) I had vomited all the way there and for two days sick from the watchers morgellons and microwaves, she then through us out of the house. (she had my father do it!) ( I never got to go home again as they then shortly sold the house and moved to a small condo on cape cod, (perhaps one of the reasons besides being old, is that they wanted to INSURE I could not come home to live with them as I had threatened when I was dosed under Mk-ultra LSD and in fear for my life from the watchers.) They didn’t even give me their address and number for almost a month and again I felt abandoned!)

I was once found at age 5 walking from door to door knocking on the doors on my street. when someone came to the door I would look at them and then ask if I could come and live with them and if they would be my family! I ran away for the last time around 17 years of age from a CIA mind control cult school in the Berkshires called DESISTO SCHOOL)
There are so many many ways people can end up victims of the new world order.
So back to the whole GUN thing!
The NY police are taking away guns from people who have been on meds.

The Case:
On April 1st, a legal gun owner in upstate New York reportedly received an official notice from the state ordering him to surrender any and all weapons to his local police department. The note said that the person’s permit to own a gun in New York was being suspended as well. The gun owner contacted attorney Jim Tresmond (a specialist in gun laws in New York) and the two visited the local police precinct.
Mr. Tresmond reportedly went into the precinct and informed the officers that his client, waiting in the parking lot, was coming in to voluntarily surrender his weapons as requested. The local police were aware of the letter because they had already been contacted by the State Police. Apparently, if people do not respond to the initial mailing, local law enforcement is authorized to visit the gun owner at their home and demand the surrender of the firearms. In this case, the gun owner followed the request as written. The guns and permits were handed over and a receipt given to the client.
After the guns were turned over, a request for a local hearing was filed and the gun owner is expecting to have his Second Amendment rights restored. But there is more to this story.
In our conversation with lawyer Jim Tresmond, we learned that this client, who has never had a problem with the law — no criminal record and or violent incidents on record — did have a temporary, short term health issue that required medication. But how were his client’s private medical information accessed by the government?
This appears to be a violation of HIPAA and Health Information Privacy policies at HHS.gov.
If it is declared a violation, this becomes a civil rights issue.
Some claim that a broad interpretation of this statement from HIPAA might allow the government to have instant access to the medical records and gun ownership records of anyone who is prescribed psychotropic drugs.
A major goal of the Privacy Rule is to assure that individuals’ health information is properly protected while allowing the flow of health information needed to provide and promote high quality health care and to protect the public’s health and well being.
That short phrase, “protect the public’s health and well being” is probably going to be cited as the reason governments can require notification of any gun owner who is prescribed a class of drugs used to treat Depression and Anxiety known as SSRI ( Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors).
The Mental Health Law provision of the SAFE Act claims
The NY SAFE Act is designed to remove firearms from those who seek to do harm to themselves or others. This means keeping the minority of individuals with serious mental illness who may be dangerous away from access to firearms. This law should not dissuade any individual from seeking mental health services they need.
The law is clear on what it expects:
MHL 9.46 requires mental health professionals to report to their local director of community services (“DCS”) or his/her designees when, in their reasonable professional judgment, one of their patients is “likely to engage in conduct that would result in serious harm to self or others.”
The man who was asked/directed to turn over his guns reportedly did not exhibit any signs of violent or dangerous behavior.
According to his attorney, the man’s doctor did not report any danger to the authorities. So, who did report it?
Also known as MHL 9.46, the law talks about who is supposed to report on mental health risks and which patients qualify:
- The reporting requirement extends to “mental health professionals,” defined in the law as four professions – physicians (including psychiatrists), psychologists, registered nurses, or licensed clinical social workers.
In addition to what Mr. Tresmond called “the laughable diminution of our rights,” the lawyer speculated about additional unintended consequences of releasing this confidential patient information to law enforcement.
- What if an employer learns that a worker had their firearms confiscated? Could that person’s employment be put at risk?
- What if your neighbors saw police come to your home and leave with your guns? Could that compromise your safety?
- Could this kind of confiscation also make people think twice about getting treatment for a temporary mental illness?
In an effort to learn how many permits and guns have been rescinded due to this medical exception, TheBlaze has made several attempts to contact the Erie County office over pistol permits where this one incident originated. We have yet to be connected with a real person who can answer these questions.
We have also reached out to the Albany office of the New York State Police, but no official response has been received.
Mr. Tresmond has also agreed to keep us posted on his client’s efforts to have his Second Amendment rights restored and get back his guns.

New york is taking an end run around the law and removing guns from anyone who has ever been treated for depression, whether violent or not!
It is a slippery slope and these folks want to do whatever they desire to take away our rights so they can kill us!
